What You’ll Need:

  • light pink and white foam sheets
  • 2 different colors of yarn ~ between 2-3 feet long
  • glue
  • scissors
  • pencil {for tracing}
  • saran wrap

l is for lollipop

How to Make the ‘l’ lollipop:

  1. Cut the lowercase ‘l’ out of the white foam sheet. We used a piece that was about 4” long and less than 1” wide.
  2. Cut a large circle out of the pink {or your color choice} foam. To get a good outline, you can trace a small bowl for the circle.
  3. Spread glue on the circle. Cut the yarn and begin to spiral it from the center of the circle out to the edges. Gently pat the yarn into the glue and let dry.
  4. Glue the ‘l’ onto the bottom of the lollipop to use as a stick.
  5. When the yarn is dry, cover the lollipop with saran wrap and tie it around the stick with a piece of yarn or string.
