Every Sunday Carisa hosts a feature on one of her other blogs called Tot School. If you’d like to know more about it, you can read more here! She has over 60 moms joining up weekly, so there are plenty of wonderful resources and ideas to find.
This week I'd like to introduce you to one mom, Julie at The Adventures of Bear. She is mom to two kiddos ~ ages 2 and under 1 year. Here are some of the fun ways that they learn together at their house!
During their recent Easter fun, they counted oyster crackers that were hidden inside Easter eggs that they found and then laid them out under the right number puzzle piece.
Squeezing water from a sponge into a bowl ~ a great fine motor activity!
Crayon rubbings from the side of the shape sorter.
Making shapes with popsicle sticks.
Squeezing drops of colored water into small circles
You can visit The Adventures of Bear and see what else they have been up to during Tot School ~ some fun ideas!! Be sure to check out the rest of her site too, since she posts lots of other fun things too.
