Ten Little Fish by Audrey and Bruce Wood

Summary: Fun board book that will help you counting from 10 down to 1. Cute illustrations make this a great book to keep around your house!

When It’s Time to Cook…

You’ll Need:

  • dried apricots
  • cream cheese
  • pretzels {we used chocolate graham cracker pretzels}
  • mini chocolate chips
To Make:
  1. Dip one side of the apricot into a little bit of cream cheese.
  2. Attach the apricot onto the pretzel using the cream cheese.
  3. Turn a mini chocolate chip upside down and press it into the apricot to make an eye for your fish.

Hi Jolanthe,
Such a cute snack idea...looks tasty and fun!
I linked your Little Books for Little Cooks pages from your blog to my post about snacks.
Here is the post:

We did a snack scavenger hunt to look for snacks from the different continents. I thought that your Little Books for Little Cooks snacks and stories would work well for my readers to try, as the snacks and stories are so neat.
Well, hope that you will pop by my blog sometime to say hello.
Our next monthly scavenger hunt is shapes in nature. You should come join the fun!
